My Journey

I was born and raised in Europe. I have a degree in Business Management and I spent 10 years of my professional life working in a corporate position (before moving to the United States). In 2000, I started to work for a Diamond Company in New York City and soon found myself working as a Gemologist. However, the years of "sitting" at a desk started to take a toll on me but especially my body (plus the tremendous stress and pressures that the job entailed). Every day I was in a lot of pain, neck pain, shoulder pain and I suffered from debilitating headaches. No doctor was able to really "cure" me and no medication gave me any relief.

A good friend of mine suggested I give massage therapy a try. I needed a solution desperately and so I decided to make an appointment with a competent massage therapist. My first visit was a huge success and I felt tremendous relief. My pain level was down and I had better range of motion in my neck, shoulders and back. To me, this was a miracle. I started to educate myself on massage and it's benefits and I realized that by eliminating the trigger points or "knots" in my neck, shoulders and back area, my migraine headaches and other aches and pains I had, had almost completely disappeared. It was truly amazing and I was ecstatic. I became a regular client and a "believer".

After relocating to Mount Laurel and looking to start a new career, I decided that helping others through massage was what I really wanted to do. It made a lot of sense to me to want to help others discover this amazing modality; I had found my new calling.

So in 2005, I signed up and started my new career by attending the highly accredited “Rizzieri School for the Healing Arts”, in Marlton, New Jersey. I graduated with honors and was awarded the Highest Academic Achievement Award.

Over the years, I have been blessed in helping people with ailments such as headaches, chronic pain, (sports) injuries, whiplash and fibromyalgia. My specialties are stress relief, pain management, trigger point therapy, some sports massage and occupationally maternity massage. I have spoken to many groups and individuals about the benefits of massage in workshops. I also work hand in hand with other health care professionals to provide alternate pain and relaxation therapies.

I bring true commitment and value to my clients lives and passion to my profession. I pride myself in the fact that I have and continue to help many people lead a better, healthier, pain-free life.
